Attached is the final letter we have prepared for you to vote on for a 3% interim wage increase on Union Pacific property. Ballots will be sent out this week in the mail for a membership vote. The terms of the interim raise are outlined in the attached agreement. This raise is temporary and will be replaced by any negotiated GWI. The voting process will only take about 21 days. This would allow the pay increase to be in effect on September 1, 2025. It is our position that this agreement will allow us to pursue any retroactive payments and pattern wage increases that are already out there.
